After ordering many times before I’m hoping tonight is one off food took ages when it did arrive it was cold pizza was overcooked hardly any cheese on cheesy chips smash burger was overcooked and cold even though wrapped in foil sorry but was awful this time

Delivery arrived a bit later than expected , food was tepid at best , chips cold , all the cheese slid off the cheese pizza and looking greasy in the corner of the box , kebab the garlic sauce was warmer than the kebab , most of the order has gone in the recycling bin . Will not use again

The kebab was just burnt and had fatty leaves of chicken and the chips was crunchy non were soft the garlic dip was opened so went abit wveywerw

Not sure whats happened to this takeaway over the last few months, gone from nearly 2 hour delivery times to either sending the wrong food or missing parts of the order. Forgot to send the cheesy garlic bread with the order this evening and still waiting for it nearly 2 hours later. Time to find somewhere else to order from I think from now on. This used to be a brilliant takeaway.

Forgot the milkshake, forgot a pizza. Rang up and they turned up 15 mins later with a burnt pizza it was all black on the top. They must have put the same pizza back in the oven. Shame it's usually nice from here.

Not very often they get it wrong but delivery took nearly 2 hours and forgot the extra toppings on the pizza. :(

Food is always nice. However I left a message to state food allergies and again the restaurant ignored this. This has happened on several occasions. My mum didn't want me to call. In the past when I have called they have been accommodating and resend food out. But my mum didn't want to wait again so just binned it. I strongly advise that if you have a food allergy to call through and state this and not leave it on the online notes.
